By creating an account, browsing the platform, enrolling in any course, or otherwise interacting with Helplearn Labs services, you enter into a binding agreement with Helplearn Labsinth. Helplearn Labsinth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may not create more than one personal account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person or entity. Accounts are for individual use only unless you have entered into a separate organizational or institutional agreement with Helplearn Labs.

4. Platform Access and Use

4.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Helplearn Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, selling, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

b) Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to access, extract, or index any part of the platform.

c) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any connected systems.

d) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

e) Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained within it.

f) Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

g) Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or promotional material.

h) Circumventing any content protection or access control mechanisms implemented on the platform.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

5.1 Enrollment

Upon successful enrollment in a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for educational purposes. Course access may be subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of enrollment, including access duration and available materials.

5.2 Course Content

All course content, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, exercises, and assessments, is provided for educational use only. You may not share, redistribute, record, or reproduce course content in any format without explicit written permission from Helplearn Labsinth.

5.3 No Academic Credit

Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of courses on the Helplearn Labsinth platform does not confer academic credit, degrees, or formal qualifications recognized by academic institutions or regulatory authorities.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Certain courses and features on the platform are available for a fee. All prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Helplearn Labsinth reserves the right to change pricing at any time, and such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated amount using the payment method you provide. Helplearn Labsinth does not store full payment card details on its servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy as communicated at the time of purchase. Helplearn Labsinth reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its reasonable discretion. Access to course content may be revoked upon processing of a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Helplearn Labsinth platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, and software, is the property of Helplearn Labsinth or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranty

Helplearn Labsinth does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Educational Outcomes

Helplearn Labsinth does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, career results, or professional advancement as a result of completing any course or program on the platform. Results may vary based on individual effort, experience, and other factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helplearn Labsinth, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of Helplearn Labsinth to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Helplearn Labsinth in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helplearn Labsinth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Helplearn Labsinth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Helplearn Labsinth regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of Helplearn Labsinth to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Changes to the Platform

Helplearn Labsinth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.
